Yes, your photos will receive basic editing, including adjustment for brightness, colour correction, and colour grading. However, no facial retouching or image manipulation will be done.

Absolutely! You can purchase additional photos for just $15 per photo. Let us know how many you need, and we’ll take care of the rest!

Your photos will be uploaded to a website for easy download and will be ready within 24 hours after the session.

1. Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance must be paid in full before or on the day of the session.

• Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are only confirmed once payment is received.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellation

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the session. Requests made less than 48 hours in advance will not be accommodated, and the session fee will be forfeited.

• Rescheduling is only allowed within the promotional period (December 1 to December 15) and must be scheduled before the last available date of the promo period.

• If the photographer needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

3. Session Duration and Punctuality

• Each session is 25 minutes long. Sessions will start and end at the scheduled times. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session without a reduction in fee.

• If the client does not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session may be cancelled and considered forfeited.

4. Deliverables

• Each session includes 4 edited images, which will be available for download.

• Photos are typically delivered within 24 hours via an online gallery or download link.

5. Image Usage and Copyright

• All images are the copyright of the photographer and may not be altered, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

• The photographer reserves the right to use images from the session for promotional purposes unless the client provides a written request to opt out before the session date.

6. Liability

• The photographer is not responsible for any injuries, property damage, or loss that may occur during the session.

• In the unlikely event of equipment failure or other unforeseen circumstances, the photographer’s liability is limited to the refund of any fees paid.

7. Conduct

• The photographer reserves the right to terminate the session without a refund if the client or participants engage in unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior.

8. Acceptance of Terms

• By booking a session, the client agrees to these terms and conditions in full.
